Business Development Coordinator ( Riyadh / KSA )

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our Sales & Business Development team. You will play a key role in coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, updating databases, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings, ensuring proper documentation and reminders.
• Prepare proposals and contracts, including proofreading, formatting, and printing, and maintain an electronic archive of all documents.
• Handle client email communication (receiving, sending, and following up on responses).
• Coordinate with the Business Development team on pricing requests and ensure approvals are submitted on time.
• Track client follow-ups after meetings, remind the team of pending deadlines, and ensure timely responses.
• Update CRM and Excel databases daily with opportunity status (proposal, negotiation, closed, lost).
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on opportunities, client activities, and team progress.
• Liaise with the design, execution, and marketing teams to coordinate deliverables for proposals.
• Draft and circulate meeting minutes, highlighting follow-up actions for the team.

Requirements

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Working Days : Saturday to Thursday
