Job Overview :
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project requirement gathering and scoping the Project in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility
- Defining project tasks and resource requirements
- Developing, maintaining and abiding by the project plans and time lines
- Defining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively
- Preparing and Managing Project Budget
- Managing Project Procurement
- Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline, time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
- Managing project resource allocation
- Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis
- Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management
- Supporting external project within the domain of my specialisation
- Supporting the competency development of the team
- Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations
- Executing Management directives as required.
- Functional Reporting to : Executive Manager - Building Maintenance & Development
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project ManagerBachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.PMP Certification is requiredExtensive experience managing FMCG industrial projects as a Project Manager.Background in an Engineering Consultancy or General Contracting company.Experience in KSA is a significant advantage.Familiarity with KSA governmental rules and regulations.Experience in dairy projects is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office applications.Expert user of MS Project.Proficient in AutoCAD.
