Legal Counsel

Role & responsibilities

Looking after the lease agreements, contracts, MoU, sale deeds and all other legal related works.

Strong background in drafting, vetting and track record in handling real estate sector

Drafting, reviewing and execution of legal agreements / documents like lease agreements, distributor agreements, service provider agreements, commercial agreements, supplier agreements, consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements.

Identifying legal and commercial risk in a contract and proposing changes required to mitigate risk exposure.

Responsible to manage any other non-litigation legal work and advising the organization on various legal issues.

Managing and undertaking legal research as required.

Co - ordination with external lawyers and attorney representing the Company for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various suits and proceedings.

Negotiations with the Vendors / Service Providers to finalize the agreement in the best interest of the Company.

Ability to multi - task and meet deadlines.

Work independently and handle the tasks effectively.
