Overview We are seeking an experienced

Sr. Director of Corporate Communication & PR

to lead our client's communications and public relations function. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can position the organization as a champion of innovation, sustainability, and transformative growth. The role involves developing and implementing the Company's corporate communication and public relations strategy at the national and regional level, positioning the company as a Saudi-born champion of alternatives and sustainable solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all communication matters, ensuring Company's reputation is proactively managed with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, government entities, partners, and the public.

As part of the leadership team, you will :

Shape Strategy :

Develop and drive a comprehensive corporate communication and PR strategy aligned with the company’s growth and national positioning.

Strengthen Media Relations :

Build strong relationships with media, regulators, and government entities to promote the organization’s role in national transformation.

Lead Executive & Internal Communications : Craft compelling messaging and storytelling to engage employees and external stakeholders.

Develop and oversee the execution of Company’s Corporate Communication & PR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth roadmap and national positioning.

Act as the strategic custodian of company’s brand, voice, and reputation, ensuring consistency across all platforms and audiences.

Provide the CEO and leadership with counsel on communication strategies during transformation initiatives, board discussions, and regulatory interactions.

Reputation & Crisis Management

Lead reputation management initiatives that showcase the Company as a trusted partner in enabling alternatives and sustainable consumption.

Anticipate reputational risks and manage crisis communication at a board and government-stakeholder level.

Serve as the official spokesperson in high-stakes or sensitive matters, reinforcing trust with regulators, media, and the public.

Media & Stakeholder Relations

Build senior-level relationships with media, regulators, and government stakeholders to position the Company as a national leader in its industry.

Direct PR campaigns, media briefings, and interviews to amplify Company’s role in Saudi Arabia’s transformation journey.

Ensure clear communication of Company’s contributions to national health, sustainability, and economic diversification objectives.

Drive Impact :

Showcase the company’s contributions to health, sustainability, and economic diversification.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience advising CEOs and boards on communication strategy and reputation management.

Strong understanding of working within highly regulated industries, preferably in the Saudi / GCC context.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
