Job Description : Providing technical vision and leadership, defining strategies, architectures, and best practices. Overseeing data analytics initiatives and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Leading the development of high-performance, scalable consumer applications. Offering guidance on UI / UX design principles and collaborating with designers to create engaging user experiences. Building and managing a high-performance, multicultural technical team in a hybrid environment. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective technical solutions. Contributing to pre-sales activities, preparing RFP / RFQ responses, and collaborating with the sales team. Managing vendor relationships, evaluating and selecting technology partners, and overseeing integration. Ensuring the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance product quality, and boost team efficiency. Fostering a culture of innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Mentoring and developing team members to support their professional and technical growth. Participating in technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the company's capabilities. Conducting regular retrospectives and gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement. Overseeing technology infrastructure management, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of IT systems. Implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate risks. Leading fintech initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation in financial services. Establishing and maintaining strong information security practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Developing and enforcing IT governance frameworks and policies to align IT operations with business objectives. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2. Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to assess and mitigate technology-related risks. Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, and information security. Conducting regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation plans. Providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams in the areas of infrastructure, security, and compliance. Minimum Requirements : 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams of 10 or more. Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications and system architectures. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, Kotlin / Java, or Swift. Experience with CI / CD pipelines, code refactoring, design patterns, and secure coding practices. Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and automated deployment processes. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and align engineering efforts with product goals. Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or hold Saudi nationality.
