Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in driving strategic and operational decision-making through advanced financial analysis, business modeling, and budgeting expertise. With 10+ years of experience, the incumbent will design, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial frameworks that enhance visibility, control, and performance across the organization. The role demands strong analytical skills, the ability to build budgets and models from the ground up, and deep financial acumen to support growth initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and manage budgets from scratch, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling re-forecasting cycles. Design, implement, and maintain financial models for scenario planning and decision support. Build comprehensive business models to assess new verticals, carve-out projects, and investment opportunities. Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate financial outcomes and risks. Provide CFO and leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, cost efficiency, and growth strategy. Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with variance analysis and management commentary. Develop dashboards and KPIs to track financial and operational performance. Support executive and board-level reporting, including investments readiness documentation. Drive ERP optimization (Odoo preferred) to improve reporting accuracy, cost center tracking, and inventory management. Collaborate with IT and operations to automate reporting and improve data integrity. Ensure financial processes adhere to IFRS and related regulations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive financial analysis and FP&A experience, preferably in diversified or fast-growing sectors. Proven experience in building budgets and financial frameworks from scratch. Strong track record in business modeling, investment analysis, and scenario planning. Solid knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements Advanced Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling skills. Experience with ERP systems; Odoo ERP experience is an advantage.
