Job description2+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge / FTE) experience. Work a flexible schedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and / or holidays. 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience. Direct management experience for employees and their performance. Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who). Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and / or overnight shifts regularly.

Overview
Amazon is seeking Area Managers for its Fulfillment Centers (FCs) in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives.
- Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and operate a balanced and efficient shift while meeting goals.
- Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and apply Lean tools.
