Description

We are seeking experienced Instrument Technicians to join our team in India. The successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of various instrumentation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Calibrate and maintain instrumentation equipment used in various processes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation problems and provide solutions.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instruments.
Document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system performance.
Assist in the installation of new instrumentation and control systems.
Provide training and support to junior technicians and operators.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.

5-10 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and repair.

Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

Experience with calibration of various field instruments such as pressure, temperature, and flow devices.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
