We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and functional outdoor spaces that enhance our clients’ properties and communities. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial and public spaces. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to create integrated design solutions. Produce detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and specifications. Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions. Incorporate sustainable design practices and water‑efficient landscaping techniques suitable for the arid climate of Saudi Arabia. Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and rationale. Stay updated on local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards related to landscape architecture. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the landscape architecture department. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture; Master’s degree is a plus. 6‑10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in industry‑standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Rhino. Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion. Strong knowledge of design detailing, construction techniques, and project documentation. Familiarity with design, tender, and construction processes. Experience working on large‑scale projects in arid climates. Understanding of sustainable landscape design practices and water conservation techniques. Knowledge of local flora and climate conditions in Saudi Arabia. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
