Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an exceptional leader for the role of Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (MAS5).

This strategic position is critical to the financial health of our organization and will play a key role in guiding our growth trajectory.

As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will oversee all functions related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

You will lead a team of financial professionals in developing comprehensive financial strategies that support Qiddiya's ambitious projects while ensuring sound financial governance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective stakeholder communication.

Drive in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision‑making across the organization.

Establish and maintain advanced financial models, enabling rigorous analysis of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure financial diligence and encourage financial accountability throughout the organization.

Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive management, articulating complex financial data in a clear and impactful manner.

Mentor and develop financial planning team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to refine financial approaches and ensure competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.

A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting practices.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of synthesizing complex financial concepts for a diverse audience.
