Marketing Research Specialist
To conduct market research and data analysis that supports strategic marketing decisions, enhances customer understanding, and identifies growth opportunities. The Marketing Research Specialist plays a key role in gathering insights that drive product development, campaign effectiveness, and competitive positioning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical market studies to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
- Prepare economic feasibility studies for new or expansion projects.
- Analyze financial and investment options and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Carry out field market research, including designing questionnaires and analyzing results.
- Prepare financial reports for real estate, including market value assessment and analysis of returns and risks.
- Collaborate with marketing and financial planning teams to provide strategic insights.
- Use data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Power BI, etc.
- Prepare and write detailed reports and present findings clearly.
- Perform any job-related tasks assigned within the scope of their professional duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field2–3 years of experience in market research or data analysisStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProficiency in research tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Google Analytics)Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Arabic and EnglishSeniority Level
