Customer Success Manager (CSM) – SAP Academy for Customer Success – KSA (Hybrid) – GCC Nationals

Join the SAP Academy for Customer Success as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is hybrid, focused on building customer relationships and driving value for cloud products. The program begins with a 10‑month learn‑apply curriculum and leads to a full‑time CSM position.

The SAP Academy for Customer Success

A global development program for early‑career talent, lasting three years. The program combines classroom learning, field experience, and mentorship. Graduates gain hands‑on experience and prepare for a direct customer‑facing CSM role.

Who You’ll Become

The CSM works directly with customers to guide them through their business journey. Responsibilities include increasing customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, referrals, and upsells, as well as overseeing key milestones throughout the customer lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete a 10‑month learn‑apply program with classroom and field phases.
  • Immersive learning focusing on digital transformation, strategy, and solution expertise.
  • Enhance skills around your solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization.
  • Receive onboarding in your local market with on‑the‑job training and mentoring by a senior CSM.
  • After program completion, transition to a direct customer‑facing CSM role with ongoing coaching.

    SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S)

  • S / 4HANA Finance
  • Finance & Quote to Cash (Q2C)
  • Procurement
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Human Capital Management – HCM)

  • Core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience, HR analytics, workforce planning
  • SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)

  • Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Product and Project lifecycle management
  • What You Bring

  • 2‑3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, preferably in consulting or account management.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long‑term value.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues and manage escalations to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Cooperative and productive approach to internal and external relationships.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to change, and able to apply knowledge to deliver results.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics.
  • Resilient mindset and optimistic attitude toward growth.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes / industries.
  • Proficiency in English.
