Overview

We’re looking for a Product Specialist based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia , to take ownership of product initiatives at a fast-growing B2B fintech startup. In this high-impact, high-ownership role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of financial and payment solutions for businesses across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to launch, grow, and optimize B2B fintech and payment products.
  • Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Define and track product success metrics , with a strong focus on user experience, growth, and impact .
  • Lead product initiatives across the full lifecycle from discovery and validation to launch and post-release optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Analyze user feedback, market data, and industry trends to guide product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products align with regulatory requirements .

Qualifications

  • Startup experience is highly valued
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, strong communication is key to success in this role.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam , Saudi Arabia.
  • Solid technical background or hands-on experience working with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience driving B2B fintech or payment products from strategy to execution.
  • Strong grasp of the entire product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work with data using SQL or similar tools to extract insights and make data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
  • Knowledge of fintech regulations and experience working with legal / compliance teams is a plus.
  • Automotive industry exposure is a bonus, but not required.
