You will oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies, ensuring that all facilities and services are fully prepared for successful launch and operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and refine operational readiness strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives for new and existing projects.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with project teams, engineering, and other departments to integrate operational needs into project planning and execution.
• Readiness Evaluation : Lead comprehensive assessments of operational readiness, identifying potential risks, issues, and gaps well ahead of project launches.
• Training and Development Oversight : Design and implement robust training programs for staff to ensure they meet performance standards and support operational excellence.
• Performance Metrics : Establish key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficacy and readiness, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Risk Management : Identify and address operational risks proactively through effective risk management strategies and contingency planning.
