Job descriptionSolid experience in iGaming / betting verticals, preferably in : Melbet, Linebet, 1xBet, Betwinner or similar companies Deep understanding of the MENA, South Asia, and West Africa regions Hands-on experience with Wallet Agent / Mobcash Agents Strong affiliate portfolio or the ability to bring in traffic A proactive, self-driven, result-oriented mindset Competitive base salary + KPI-based bonuses Fully remote working format Full support and resources from day one Real influence on the process and strategy
The Role :
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Build and lead affiliate operations in the assigned regions
- Manage a team of affiliate managers or bring your own team
- Recruit and grow networks of webmasters and local agents
- Develop partnerships with payment agents (Wallet Agent, Mobcash Agents)
- Monitor and optimize traffic performance and KPIs
- Drive consistent results and motivate your team
