Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, authorities, clients, and key project stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management : Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and services.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
• Implement effective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimize project disruptions.
• Budget and Resource Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and services.
