Job descriptionDevelop and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of precast elements. Allocate labor, materials, and equipment effectively to meet targets. Implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste. Use advanced technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Provide guidance on machinery, processes, and materials. Oversee procurement and management of materials to meet specifications. Ensure regular maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime. Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance. Prepare and present reports on production status, issues, and improvements. Integrate new projects into the schedule and meet specific requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and quality. Monitor and minimize production costs while maintaining quality. Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient management and improvements. Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it. Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report detailing deviation and execution of planned tasks. Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues. Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible. Comply with related policies, procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services.
