Responsible for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the company’s multi‐channel fulfillment network. Work with all stakeholders (Logistics, Planning, Central operations) to achieve the set targets and adhere to all procedures and policy of noon fulfillment center. Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including Inbound, Stores, Shipping, Quality Control and maintaining inventory and associated records. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems. Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change / Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Fulfillment to meet and exceed Business Plan. Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for Area Managers. What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or supply management or a similar role. Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field. Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives that help to improve organization's financial performance. Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. A passion for safety as a value rather than just a priority. Ability to manage and prioritize projects and delegate tasks appropriately. Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further develop, recommend and implement solutions. Technologically savvy, familiarity with google suite a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Who will excel?
