Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Underwriting Supervisor to oversee life insurance underwriting and reinsurance activities for Individual Credit Life and Banca products .

Key Responsibilities

• Underwriting Leadership & Supervision : Oversee underwriting for Individual Credit Life and Banca products, ensuring sound risk assessment and decision-making.
• Reinsurance Management : Manage reinsurance activities , including partner coordination and treaty administration.
• MIS, Analytics & Loss Ratio Optimization : Maintain and analyze management information systems (MIS) to optimize loss ratios and improve business performance.
• Policy & Procedure Development : Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance : Ensure quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
