Job description

Sales & Account Manager to join our growing marketing and social media agency. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional who combines strategic marketing expertise with sales experience and a solid understanding of media buying and SEO.

You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. The role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.
  • Oversee SEO strategies including keyword planning, content optimization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and present performance insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or account management (agency background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of media buying, SEO, and marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record in business development and client growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
