Position Overview Ensuring highest levels of customer service by retail staff, supporting the Store Manager to operate the store efficiently and profitably, overseeing end‑to‑end store responsibilities, and promoting the Loyalty Program to maximize repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities

Provide top‑level customer service and ensure retail staff are trained and supported for maximizing sales.

Assist the Store Manager in efficient and profitable operation of the store, following company policies and procedures.

Take end‑to‑end store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.

Promote the company’s Loyalty Program to increase customer loyalty and repeat sales.

Provide feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager regarding employees and product performance.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.

Manage daily roster, leave, and grievances of retail staff.

Audit store administration and resolve issues.

Ensure store security and vigilance at all times.

Understand product knowledge and brand guidelines for suggestive selling.

Be physically fit for extended standing and heavy lifting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mid‑senior level experience in retail store management.

Full‑time availability.

Sales and business development background.

Knowledge of apparel and customer service best practices.
