A leading Facilities Management and Engineering Services company is seeking a qualified Planning Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop work plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with project schedules.
- Analyze project data to identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Support site engineers and provide reports on project performance.
- Prepare templates, KPIs, and performance matrices aligned with the project scope.
- Track project progress and completion percentages (POC).
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to verify scope execution.
- Manage project documentation and update CAFM or similar systems.
- Conduct performance evaluations and issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).6‑8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in Facility Management or Construction.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office (Excel, Word).Strong understanding of planning processes and risk management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.Preferred Skills
Experience using CAFM systems or equivalent planning software.Knowledge of quality assurance and performance control procedures.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
