Finance Analyst Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Analyst Manager to lead our financial analysis team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring that we make data-driven decisions that align with our organizational goals. You will mentor and guide a team of analysts, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial performance Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional growth Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 5 years in a managerial role Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams Experience in the construction or project management industry is a plus
