) The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Sales Specialist for Commercial Branding and Transportation Division at 3M Advanced Arabia, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by : Implementing division strategy in a very dynamic and promising market. Achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets and new product introduction. Determining key end users needs and driving execution of sales strategy to become the product of choice for end users. Communicating with all relevant external stakeholders to add value to 3M channels and end users. Engaging with end users to introduce and specify 3M products with a minimum of 10 weekly market visits with 70% of time spent in the market with existing end users and prospecting. Collaborating with CBTD team in Saudi and Emerging Markets to adopt best practices and share local market and success stories. Promoting 3M brand with end users and channel partners.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements : Saudi nationality Minimum 10 years of experience in the Saudi market, ideally in Riyadh in the following preferred fields : Printing, Auto and / or Construction University degree, preferably in business or engineering Self-motivation with good time management to thrive in dynamic Saudi market Strong communication and persuasion skills to connect with end users, build pipeline and close deals Arabic speaking candidate with good English communication skills reading and writing Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Teamwork spirit and curiosity to learn
