Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh is a flagship luxury hotel. The Health Club Receptionist is based in the Health Club Department and is responsible for booking treatments, explaining services, processing POS sales, and checking guests in and out in a professional and welcoming manner.
Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- Follow all SOPs taught by the Health Club Operation Supervisor / Manager.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area at all times.
- Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests; greet new guests upon arrival, give tours, and offer re‑orientation to returning guests.
- Assist in the smooth flow of the guests’ journey throughout the day.
Qualifications
Knowledge of current Health Club trends in the industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to relate to all levels of management and colleagues.Understanding of holistic concepts related to guest well‑being in a spa environment.Commitment to You
