Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distribution Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our distributor network across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the construction chemicals or chemical manufacturing sector, with a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic channel development and partner enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement channel sales strategies to meet revenue, margin, and market share objectives
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-performing distributors and channel partners
- Monitor distributor KPIs and provide structured training, support, and performance incentives
- Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to align channel initiatives with brand positioning
- Ensure compliance with pricing structures, credit policies, and contractual terms
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance dashboards to senior leadership
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and client engagements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration915 years of experience in channel sales and distribution within the construction chemicals or industrial chemical sector in Saudi ArabiaStrong network within the construction, infrastructure, and chemical distribution ecosystemExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsProficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English; Arabic is a plus
