Job descriptionUtilize SAP (MM, PP,WM) to forecast, plan, and manage material requirements. Maintain and update material master data in SAP ERP to ensure data accuracy. Develop and automate SAP reports to track material availability and demand fluctuations. Monitor and control inventory levels through SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. Implement automated inventory control techniques to prevent overstocking and stockouts. Leverage Power BI to create real-time interactive dashboards for material tracking. Extract and analyze data from SAP ECC & S4HANA to generate reports on material consumption, forecast accuracy, and procurement performance. Utilize machine learning models for predictive analytics in material planning. Automate weekly / monthly reporting. Ensure real-time material availability by effectively using SAP-driven demand planning. Maintain data integrity and improve system configurations in SAP ERP. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental compliance standards in material handling.
