Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing processes, systems, and data management. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency, improving campaign performance, and ensuring that our marketing team operates smoothly and effectively to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage marketing operations processes, workflows, and best practices.

Oversee the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools) and ensure proper integration and usage.

Manage and maintain the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to align operational strategies and optimize lead management processes.

Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI to support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve campaign execution, and enhance team productivity.

Support budget planning, tracking, and reporting for marketing initiatives.

Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns through operational excellence and process improvements.

Train and support marketing team members on tools, processes, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing technologies, and data management regulations.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
