Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Commitment to deadlines and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Overview
We are seeking a Real Estate Operations Assistant to join our team, supporting the management and operation of residential properties, interacting with tenants and property owners, and ensuring high-quality services in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and management of residential units and common facilities.
- Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate with property management (Owners' Associations) to resolve daily issues related to rent and maintenance.
- Assist in rent collection and tracking financial dues.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor service delivery within the properties.
- Contribute to improving operational procedures and resident services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and tenant satisfaction.
