Job Purpose

The Senior Manager – Residential Marketing Events is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and performance management of all B2C and B2B marketing events within RSG’s Residential portfolio. These events are designed to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and position RSG’s luxury residences as premier investment and lifestyle opportunities. The role demands exceptional strategic thinking, precision execution, and deep understanding of luxury real estate marketing. This position will work closely with the Brand, Sales, Partnerships, and Communications teams to ensure that all events meet commercial objectives while aligning with the brand’s luxury positioning and the Red Sea Global vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Event Planning

Develop and lead the Residential Marketing Events Strategy aligned with RSG’s luxury brand positioning and sales / marketing goals.

Manage all aspects of event planning, production, and delivery, including venue selection, concept creation, run‑of‑show, supplier coordination, and execution.

Develop detailed event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining premium standards.

Work closely with internal stakeholders including Residential Sales, Creative, Content, PR, and Digital teams to ensure message alignment.

Define KPIs and success metrics for all events (e.g., qualified leads, media exposure, attendee satisfaction, cost per acquisition).

Ensure all events reflect RSG’s luxury brand tone, visual identity, and world‑class service expectations.
