Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers and assist with apparel selection, fitting, and styling advice.

Drive sales by suggesting complementary products and promoting current deals.

Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.

Maintain product knowledge on apparel brands, sizes, and fashion trends.

Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure racks are well-organized.

Support store cleanliness and apparel department standards at all times.

Process returns and exchanges in line with company policies.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Assist with inventory counts, markdowns, and price changes.

Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain store security standards.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math and computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills :

Fashion sense or knowledge of apparel trends.

POS (Point of Sale) system experience.
