Motor Claims Officer

We are looking for a Saudi candidate to join our company in the position of Motor Claims Officer

Location : Riyadh

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and risk management or related major

Experience

Responsibilities

• Coordination with the insurers and insured related to all motor claims
• Making sure that claim records are updated in the system
• Follow up on outstanding claims settlements
• Ensure that all claim documents are collected from the insured
• Attend meetings with Insured and insurers on claim-related matters
• Ensure the maximum possible settlement in favor of the insured
• Liaise with the insurers / insured and negotiate with the insurers on behalf of the insured
• Prepare a comparison sheet in terms of efficiency & response time between various companies we work with
• Attend to client’s / Insured’s complaints
