Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation Monthly Salary Package :

15,500 SAR Qualifications :

Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems (preferably Santechture “Robin RCM” solution) Ability to develop project proposals, plans, and deliverables Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Proficiency in SQL for report development Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills Knowledge of healthcare environment is desirable

Language Requirements :

English (Arabic preferred)

Responsibilities Analyze, design, and implement IT applications to support business requirements Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and process maps Collaborate with business users to identify and resolve system issues Conduct testing and validation of system functionality Generate analytical and performance reports using SQL and other reporting tools Provide training and support for end users Assist in system integration and data validation for healthcare platforms
