Fircroft is hiring a Resident Operation Manager to lead complex telecom network operations and ensure seamless service delivery. This role is critical for managing IP / MPLS, MPLS-TP, and VSAT networks, driving SLA compliance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for operational excellence.

Detailed Job Description

As a Resident Operation Manager, you will plan, design, and manage large-scale network projects, oversee NOC operations, and ensure quality control across all deliverables. You will coordinate with FO teams, vendors, and stakeholders, monitor network performance, and provide 24×7 support for incident resolution. This position offers an opportunity to lead technical teams, manage escalations, and contribute to strategic telecom initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
