Overview

Arthur Lawrence is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will possess strong delivery management skills, deep technical expertise across the platform, and hold ServiceNow Architect or Master-level certifications. This role combines program governance, stakeholder management, and solution oversight to ensure successful and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
  • Provide program governance, stakeholder management, and solution oversight to ensure successful and scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.
  • Lead delivery teams, manage project plans, risks, and issues, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration, data strategies, and architectural alignment across modules.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with 7+ years in ServiceNow delivery
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules
  • ServiceNow Certified Architect or Master Architect Certification is mandatory
  • Deep knowledge in modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and data strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
