Job descriptionProvide comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up Perform advanced clinical procedures as required, ensuring patient safety and comfort Manage and monitor patients with acute and chronic conditions, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals Conduct routine physical examinations, screenings, and preventive care interventions Participate in, offering specialized care in family medicine field services Provide care continuity for patients with long-term health conditions Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans Provide counselling on medication management, chronic disease care, and lifestyle modifications Develop and distribute tailored educational materials on family health and wellness Support patients in understanding and managing their healthcare needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and other physicians, to ensure integrated patient care Coordinate patient care activities to provide seamless transitions between primary care and other healthcare services Act as a liaison between family medicine and other medical specialties for complex cases Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control measures Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR) Ensure compliance with medical regulations and guidelines in family medicine practice Stay updated on advances in family medicine, treatment protocols, and healthcare trends Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities Mentor and supervise junior doctors and residents as needed Clinical experience in family medicine services Experience in patient management and education Proficiency in performing medical procedures relevant to family medicine Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies Environment : Work is performed in Primary Healthcare Centre, Telehealth Services, and Home health care visits Hours : Full-time position with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed Part-time position with fixed hour weekly shifts, including weekends and holidays as organized by the PHC manager
Overview
Job Purpose : To provide advanced medical care and support to patients in the PHM department within our scope of services. The Family Medicine Senior Registrar & Registrar will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, promoting health education, and supporting the overall patient care plan in Primary Care centres, Telehealth and Home Health Care.

Education
1. For Senior Registrar : MD or Equivalent in Family Medicine Specialty.
2. For Registrar : Master\'s degree or Equivalent in Family Medicine Specialty.
Licensure and Certification
Valid medical license in Saudi Arabia from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities (SCFHS).
