Overview
Job Purpose : To provide advanced medical care and support to patients in the PHM department within our scope of services. The Family Medicine Senior Registrar & Registrar will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, promoting health education, and supporting the overall patient care plan in Primary Care centres, Telehealth and Home Health Care.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-upPerform advanced clinical procedures as required, ensuring patient safety and comfortManage and monitor patients with acute and chronic conditions, coordinating care with other healthcare professionalsConduct routine physical examinations, screenings, and preventive care interventionsParticipate in, offering specialized care in family medicine field servicesProvide care continuity for patients with long-term health conditionsPatient Education and Support
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plansProvide counselling on medication management, chronic disease care, and lifestyle modificationsDevelop and distribute tailored educational materials on family health and wellnessSupport patients in understanding and managing their healthcare needsCoordination and Collaboration
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and other physicians, to ensure integrated patient careCoordinate patient care activities to provide seamless transitions between primary care and other healthcare servicesAct as a liaison between family medicine and other medical specialties for complex casesQuality and Compliance
Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and protocolsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control measuresMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in electronic health records (EHR)Ensure compliance with medical regulations and guidelines in family medicine practiceProfessional Development
Stay updated on advances in family medicine, treatment protocols, and healthcare trendsParticipate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activitiesMentor and supervise junior doctors and residents as neededQualifications
Education
1. For Senior Registrar : MD or Equivalent in Family Medicine Specialty.
2. For Registrar : Master\'s degree or Equivalent in Family Medicine Specialty.
Licensure and Certification
Valid medical license in Saudi Arabia from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities (SCFHS).
Experience
Clinical experience in family medicine servicesExperience in patient management and educationProficiency in performing medical procedures relevant to family medicineSkills
