About the role

The BDM will be responsible to implement the commercial strategy, ensuring the success and growth of UCC in the assigned business map along with developing account strategies, and supporting incremental sales. They will be negotiating and collaborating optimally with customers, influencing support for mutually beneficial outcomes, and developing training plans for the distributor teams and HCPs.

Main responsibilities

• Increase sales revenue for the assigned business using competitive solutions.
• Develop account strategies to increase share of category across the UCC portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and clinics (C-suite)
• Build and implement a significant pipeline, applying all available resources within BD UCC.
• Work closely with other commercial function members, including marketing, sales and operations.
• Develop & support the strategic transformation of the commercial organization.
• Support product evaluations, implementations, and conversions in key healthcare institutions.
• Collect clinical insights from the field and share feedback with cross-functional teams to support product implementation.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality, regulatory, and ethical standards during all clinical activities.
