Join Aldenham Prep School Riyadh , a leading British international school, as we seek a Marketing Officer to lead strategic marketing initiativesand elevate our presence acrossSaudi Arabia and the international education landscape.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer to shape and implement marketing strategies that promote the school’s brand,increase student enrolment, and engage with our diverse community of parents, students, and stakeholders.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the admissions team and school leadership to ensure Aldenham Riyadh continuesto thrive and lead in the competitive international school market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acomprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the school’s vision and goals.
  • Build and protect the school’s brand through consistent messaging, public relations, and digital outreach.
  • Lead digital marketing , content creation, and social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the school website.
  • Organise and promote events like open houses, tours, and education fairs to boost community engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support admissions by creating targeted campaigns to increase enquiries and enrolments.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and report on ROI.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders including local media, influencers, alumni, and the broader school community.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within education or an international environment.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, branding, and event planning.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
