About the Project :
We are partnering with a leading government entity on a large-scale national recruitment initiative. As part of this project, we are seeking experienced recruiters to join under an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model.
The selected recruiters will play a critical role in managing end-to-end hiring across multiple departments, covering specialized, managerial, and senior-level positions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with internal HR teams and department heads to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-demand and niche roles.
- Ensure alignment with the entity’s internal recruitment and assessment framework .
- Track and report progress using defined recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes against the following KPIs :
- Time to Fill
- Quality of Hire
- SLA Compliance
- Internal Client Satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within government or large-scale corporate environments .Proven success managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders under structured RPO or high-volume hiring models.Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is mandatory.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Saudi nationals are preferred; however, qualified non-Saudi professionals may be considered if local candidates are unavailable.
