Overview
Purpose : 1. Responsible for supporting Keemart's store and warehouse weak current construction in the newly opened city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, including weak current drawing design and construction management, project lifecycle follow-up, and subsequent engineering operation and maintenance. Coordination of broadband activation, as well as organization of resistance clearance and long-term broadband resource procurement. 2. Responsible for supporting the operation of IT equipment at stores and warehouses after Keemart opens in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Collaborate resources to solve local IT equipment failures and provide IT professional technical support and support. 3. Support the international business needs of Keemart, including drawing design, remote IT event management, and follow-up work for projects in other Middle Eastern and Latin American countries and cities. Main responsibilities
(1) Responsible for the full lifecycle project management of overseas self operated retail warehousing and store weak current engineering construction under Meituan / Keemart, including project planning and design, construction process management, acceptance and review, etc. (2) Coordinate the engineering quality, progress, supplier management, and customer satisfaction of overseas weak current projects to ensure that the deliverables of each project meet the required standards. (3) Responsible for the operation and maintenance of overseas retail warehousing, store IT desktops, and IoT intelligent hardware, including PDAs, computers, printers, CCTV, access control, temperature and humidity sensors, etc., to ensure the normal operation of business equipment. (4) Understand network routing and wireless protocols, responsible for overseas retail warehousing, store IT network equipment deployment and debugging, such as firewalls, switches, APs, as well as handling daily issues. (5) Participate in 7×24 IT operation and maintenance support, handle faults such as network disconnection, networked terminals, and abnormal use of IoT hardware in the warehouse, and remotely or on-site ensure the overall operation of IT infrastructure in the warehouse. Requirements
(1) Having communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as proficiency in Arabic, is preferred. Respect and adapt to local Muslim cultural customs. (2) College degree or above, major in computer science, communication engineering, system integration or related fields. Three years or more of experience as a weak current project manager or IT support professional, with CISCO or Huawei network certification preferred. (3) Capable of drawing, weak current design, and implementation; Familiar with the basic principles of network equipment operation, with the ability to diagnose and handle faults; Have IT desktop foundation and operation and maintenance capabilities. (4) Capable of adapting to the long-term work requirements stationed in Saudi Arabia, accepting on-site support due to project management node inspections, warehouse requirements, and other Middle Eastern city and country deployment requirements that may expand business. (5) Able to accept flexible scheduling of project requirements and compensatory time off, with strong sense of responsibility and work resilience. Having experience in overseas projects and working in the Middle East is preferred; Having Cisco or Huawei network related certifications is preferred; Priority will be given to those with relevant work experience in retail, chain, logistics warehouse, etc; Candidates with a background in weak current design from a design institute and a complete knowledge system of various weak current subsystems are preferred.
