Job Purpose Assist in the execution of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive growth, maintain brand consistency, and support the development of the category / brand. Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and digital activities.
Key Accountabilities
Brand Strategy Support :
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans. Support category portfolio management to ensure visibility and consistency.
Campaign Execution :
Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
Market Insights :
Conduct market and consumer research, monitor competitors, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Brand Activations & Events :
Assist in planning and executing activations, events, and experiential marketing activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
Procurement & Vendor Management :
Support sourcing and coordination with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials and promotional items.
Digital Marketing :
Contribute to social media, website, and digital campaigns. Assist in content creation and performance tracking to optimize engagement.
Agency Coordination :
Liaise with creative and marketing agencies for campaign execution, content development, and brand compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment and smooth campaign execution.
Reporting & Budgeting :
Prepare performance reports and support brand budget tracking under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related functions.
Languages : Proficiency in both
Arabic
and
English
(spoken and written) at an
advanced level .

Market Research :
The ability to conduct comprehensive market research is essential for understanding consumer behavior, preferences, and competitive landscapes. This skill helps in identifying opportunities for brand growth and informs strategic decision‑making.
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical skills are critical for interpreting data, measuring brand performance, and deriving actionable insights. This includes proficiency in using analytics tools and software to track key performance indicators.
Project Management :
Effective project management skills enable the Assistant Brand Manager to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand strategies.
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for conveying brand messages clearly and effectively, as well as for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Creativity :
A creative mindset is vital for developing innovative marketing campaigns and engaging brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.
