BIM Modeler

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team at a leading construction and building company in Al Hamra, Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects, particularly focusing on landscaping projects, including both hardscape and softscape elements. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as proficiency in various BIM software tools. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all models are accurate, detailed, and compliant with project specifications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving project efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall project delivery. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into detailed BIM models, particularly for landscaping projects. Conduct clash detection and resolution processes to identify and mitigate potential design conflicts before construction begins. Prepare detailed documentation and reports to support project planning, execution, and management, with a focus on PIF projects where applicable. Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and workflows tailored to specific project needs, emphasizing landscaping elements. Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices, particularly in relation to landscaping and PIF project requirements. Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and methodologies to enhance project outcomes. Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate model progress and address any issues. Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM deliverables through regular reviews and updates. Support the integration of BIM with other project management tools and systems. Preferred Candidate : 5-7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects, preferably within KSA. Experience with any of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects, demonstrating an understanding of their specific requirements and standards. Strong background in landscaping projects, including both hardscape and softscape elements, with the ability to create models that reflect these aspects accurately. Expertise in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, with demonstrated proficiency in creating detailed models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex design issues. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in the construction industry. Skills Proficiency in BIM Software :

Expertise in tools like Autodesk Revit and other BIM software is essential for creating and managing detailed models, particularly for landscaping projects. Technical Drawing Skills :

Ability to interpret and create technical drawings, ensuring accuracy in all model representations, especially in hardscape and softscape elements. Collaboration and Communication :
