Job Role Profile

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our local Saudi Cloud support team. Each associate will be assigned to one of our four hosted solutions, working in pairs to provide first-line (L1) support. This role combines application support, cloud operations, and basic network troubleshooting, making it an excellent foundation for candidates looking to build careers in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests related to cloud, application, or network issues.
  • Log and escalate cloud infrastructure issues to the dedicated Cloud Support Team when required.
  • Analyze and resolve user requests where possible at L1, escalate complex issues to the vendor with documentation.
  • Perform basic network support tasks such as firewall rule validation, DNS troubleshooting, and connectivity checks.
  • Monitor system dashboards, application logs, and basic network health indicators.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to end users for common issues.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Support, Network Teams, and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document solutions, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for recurring issues.

Talent Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Basic understanding of networking (firewalls, DNS, TCP / IP, VPN basics).
  • Exposure to cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • General troubleshooting and use of ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Strong communication in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to follow procedures.
  • Team player with eagerness to learn.
