Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates : delegate tasks, conduct briefings and training sessions, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Ensure impeccable customer service and uphold the highest store operation standards, including visual merchandising and cash management.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and participating in opening and closing procedures.
• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Implement and monitor compliance with all company standards and procedures.
