Job descriptionHR Specialist Job Location Saudi Arabia Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records contracts and personnel files Manage timesheets attendance and leave tracking prepare monthly summaries Process HR transactions on GOSI Qiwa and Mudad e g onboarding transfers wage protection Support recruitment coordination posting screening interviews offers and onboarding Prepare HR letters salary experience NOC and routine reports Assist with probation confirmations performance review cycles and policy implementation Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and with PRO consultants for visa Iqama workflows Ensure compliance with KSA labor law and internal policies Requirements 2 years of experience in HR KSA Working knowledge of GOSI Qiwa Mudad and core HR tasks timelines Good English communication and strong computer skills Excel HRIS Attention to detail confidentiality and strong followthrough Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field preferred
