Araamis is looking for a driven and experienced GRC Consultant (Compliance) to join our team of experts. If you have strong expertise in Compliance, Policy Development, and Regulatory Engagement — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the consulting team, ensuring the successful execution of GRC-related projects and initiatives.
- Design, develop, and formalize internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and licensing structures.
- Deliver strategic advisory services and continuous guidance to government and private sector clients.
- Produce high-quality consultation reports, documentation, and actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate proposals, conduct in-depth analysis, and engage effectively with key stakeholders.
- Leverage expertise in digital inspection and compliance platforms to enhance operational efficiency (preferred).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Governance, Compliance, or a related discipline.Demonstrated +7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, inspection processes, and governance frameworks.Exceptional analytical capabilities and proficiency in drafting legal and regulatory documents.Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and practices.Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate internal training sessions.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with regulatory bodies and government entities.Preferred Certifications :
