Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will drive the full lifecycle of recruitment across the organization. Your responsibilities and expectations include :
- Recruitment : Drive and manage full‑life cycle hiring
 
Prepare requisitions and obtain sign‑off from all stakeholders.
Advertise all vacancies internally and externally within 24 hours of obtaining sign‑off.Screen and shortlist applicants from Workable and LinkedIn.Conduct various assessments applicable to the role.Submit shortlisted candidates to hiring managers (minimum 4 candidates). Obtain feedback on shortlisted candidates from hiring managers (minimum 2 candidates).Set interviews with all stakeholders (first / second / culture). Inform unsuccessful candidates of their application status.Participate in all interviews to ensure compliance and complete all scorecards.Post RecruitmentPerform entry interviews for all new recruits who have been with the company for 3 months.
Provide new employee interview feedback to managers.Record KeepingCapture all interview notes on Workable.
Save all successful shortlisted candidates on Workable for future pipeline.Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews.Monthly ReportingUpdate recruitment activity sheet.
Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback.Meet with Talent Acquisition Team Lead and hiring managers to discuss progress of open positions, quality of candidates, and strategy.Provide pre‑screened and qualified candidates to Hiring Manager within agreed time frames.OtherEnsure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable.
Coordinate and implement university graduate recruiting initiatives.Build recruitment networks through industry / global contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices.Perform any other reasonable task which might be required from time to time.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders.Develop superior knowledge of all roles we have (high‑performing and fast‑paced work environment).Benefits include comprehensive health insurance; rewards and recognition; and learning & development programs.
Qualifications
Minimum of secondary education.Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Minimum 2‑3 years sourcing experience in either in‑house or search firm (both preferred).Experience in sourcing positions in the online classifieds or e‑commerce sector.Proven experience in sourcing using a wide variety of sourcing channels to source talent ideally within digital / tech / mobile apps.Proven analytical capabilities to report on and interpret data related to searches with a view to improving sourcing techniques.Tech recruitment knowledge is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.Good oral and written communication skills.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels.Excellent coordination and organization skills.Ability to prioritize work requirements.Strong internet research and social media recruitment skills.Fast approach to hiring top‑quality candidates.Highly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.Hands‑on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Take pride in your work and have fun doing it.Must display resilience, and a focus on continuous improvement.Proactive approach to finding solutions.Equal‑Opportunity Employer .
