Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Associate Director - Fixed Assets to oversee the management and optimization of fixed assets related to our Theme Park and City Development projects. This critical role will involve developing and implementing robust asset management strategies, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and driving efficiency across our asset portfolio. As the Associate Director, you will collaborate with various departments to align asset management practices with overall organizational goals, support decision-making with accurate data, and contribute to the successful realization of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fixed asset management strategy for Theme Park and City Development projects.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with finance and project teams to develop and monitor budgets related to fixed assets.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of fixed asset usage and performance, recommending optimization strategies as needed.
