Job Role : Hospitality Attendant (Tea Boy)
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation and Service : Preparing and serving various hot beverages (tea, different types of coffee, etc.) and cold drinks to staff, visitors, and guests during meetings and workshops.
- Meeting Hospitality : Preparing meeting and training rooms before and after use, and ensuring all necessary hospitality supplies are available.
- Kitchen / Inventory Management : Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen / pantry area continually, and ensuring the availability of all materials and supplies (e.g., sugar, tea, coffee, cups, hospitality tools).
- General Cleanliness of Hospitality Areas : Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of designated hospitality areas and common office spaces as needed.
- Support Services : Providing basic support services to staff within the scope of the job duties.
Preferred Employee Specifications
