Resourcing Specialist @ Diyar United Company | IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems (Windows / Linux environments).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and related systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure regular updates, backups, and security compliance.
  • Assist with installation, setup, and maintenance of computers, printers, and IT peripherals.
  • Support Office 365, email systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, warranty, and maintenance activities.
  • Document IT processes, incidents, and system configurations.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity best practices and IT policy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates can also be considered.
  • Experience :

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT system administration and / or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or cloud‑based tools.
  • Familiarity with backup, antivirus, and endpoint protection systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Seniority level : Associate
